Who we are:

We're hiring Measurement Success Managers to help clients track results and maximize value from their podcast campaigns. This is a US-based, fully remote role.

  • Support QA efforts to make sure the data going to clients is accurate
  • Partner with the rest of the team to improve processes as our client base grows

Why this role matters:

You'll help marketers understand their podcast campaign results and feel confident in the reporting that guides their planning. You'll join a tight-knit team with direct exposure to our founders and a mix of client-facing and analytical work. You'll build strong Excel and Google Sheets skills along the way. And yes, podcasts are fair game during the day.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 25 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets formulas
  • Curiosity, clear communication, and a detail-oriented work style
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and stay organized across multiple accounts

Compensation and benefits:

  • Competitive base salary and bonus structure
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage - individual coverage is free
  • Company-subsidized family coverage
  • Home office improvement reimbursement up to $500 per year
  • Company laptop and external monitor
  • 11 company holidays
  • 20 PTO days for vacation, illness, and personal time

If you're interested in helping advertisers understand performance in one of the fastest growing audio channels, we'd love to meet you.
