Job description

ENVENTION has an immediate opening for a Junior to Mid-level Software Engineer to work on an ongoing program that provides interoperability with tactical data protocols (e.g., Link 16, Link 11, and JREAP), delivers certified tactical network integration, and provides message forwarding solutions. This program contributes to the single integrated picture of the operational air space and provides warfighters the capability to view the battlespace in real-time over multiple mediums. This is a hybrid position that also requires regular on-site support.
Why Join ENVENTION?
ENVENTION offers a competitive compensation package with a small company culture. We're known for decades of experience delivering innovative technologies and software frameworks to customers within prominent DoD programs. One of our corporate values is "We do it right because we're part of the fight" - a testament to the motivation driving our team. ENVENTION was founded in 2010 by two friends and talented software developers working together as architects and leads for a major component of the Patriot air defense system. As the company grew, these services expanded to include interoperability, systems engineering, user experience (UX), test and evaluation, cybersecurity, and hardware FPGA design services.
