Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat, ensuring that each interaction is client-centered and supportive.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to help clients acquire new coping mechanisms, enhance their problem-solving skills, and improve overall communication abilities.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed, maintaining detailed and accurate records while minimizing paperwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on delivering high-quality mental health services to stable, low-acuity adult clients. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current state license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without the need for supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with proficiency in using technology for remote consultations.
• Reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection for uninterrupted counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with an adult population, particularly those with mild to moderate mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms enhancing the counseling experience.
• Proven ability to develop individualized treatment plans and engage clients effectively in a remote setting.
