• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions to a diverse client base, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Schedule ongoing appointments effectively, managing your calendar to meet client needs and facilitate consistent therapeutic progress.
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the complexities of each client's situation.
• Utilize the billing service for seamless handling of claims, client records, and eligibility checks, thereby streamlining operations.

Your primary focus will be on clients engaged in hospice care, including individuals and couples facing end-of-life challenges. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide emotional and psychological support to clients navigating profound transitions, requiring sensitivity, expertise, and compassion. You will work with a wide age range and varying clinical presentations, enhancing your experience and therapeutic skills.

• A degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required; candidates must be licensed to practice independently as an LCSW.

• Familiarity with hospice care or similar end-of-life support systems is highly beneficial.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary structure, therapists will benefit from a bonus incentive aligning with performance metrics and client satisfaction.
