You will have access to a fully furnished office space if preferred, along with essential resources such as an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, office supplies, and malpractice insurance. As an LCSW at Cornerstone Mental Health Counseling, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients from a diverse range of age groups and backgrounds.
• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring all notes and record-keeping are completed in a timely manner.
• Utilize our billing service to manage claims and client accounts, which includes conducting benefit eligibility checks and creating payment plans.
• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments with clients, effectively maintaining an organized calendar.
• Engage with clients experiencing various clinical presentations, adapting therapy techniques to meet their unique needs.

You will work with a broad client base, including individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues, primarily in a detox setting. Your therapeutic approach will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their recovery journeys and improve their overall mental health. The work is both challenging and rewarding, focusing on fostering resilience and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), permitting independent practice.
• Exceptional professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage a full caseload.

The salary for this position ranges from USD $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
