• Utilize a dedicated billing service to efficiently handle all claims, manage client accounts receivable, and conduct eligibility checks, allowing you to focus on your therapeutic practice.
• Deliver individual therapy and couples counseling to a diverse clientele across various age groups, ensuring that services are tailored and relevant to each individual’s needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment notes, reflecting our commitment to providing the highest standards of care.
• Proactively schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while maintaining an organized calendar.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively engage with a variety of clinical presentations, using evidence-based practices to support patient outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals and couples navigating end-of-life challenges, emotional distress, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be vital in providing comfort, guidance, and support to patients and their families, helping them to cope with grief, loss, and transition. The compassionate environment you create will be instrumental in facilitating therapeutic relationships that promote healing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.
• Must hold a valid license to practice independently as an LCSW in the state of Texas.
• Exceptional professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, and the ability to self-manage effectively are essential for success in this role.
• Organizational and time-management skills are critical to managing a full caseload.

• Strong therapeutic skills with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with couples will be highly regarded, as this specialization aligns with our client services.
• The ability to be available for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings, ensures accessibility for clients.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional bonuses available. We offer competitive compensation packages for our W2 employees, allowing our therapists to thrive financially while doing meaningful work. Comprehensive benefits include:
