This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your needs while providing essential services to our clients. Our practice utilizes innovative technology to facilitate seamless communication and care, enabling you to focus on what matters most: the well-being of your clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage a dedicated billing service that manages insurance claims, client accounts, benefit checks, and payment plans, ensuring streamlined operations that allow you to concentrate on therapy.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, including clinical notes and progress reports, to ensure compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate ongoing appointments with clientele, while keeping your calendar organized and updated to optimize client care.
  • Demonstrate a versatile approach in working with various clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic techniques to best suit individuals’ needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our team, you will engage with clients facing significant emotional challenges associated with end-of-life issues, bereavement, and other complex mental health concerns. Your role is essential in helping clients navigate these difficult emotions and transitions while fostering a sense of hope, dignity, and support.

Qualifications
  • A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required, with a focus on mental health treatment.
  • Current, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, strong ethical boundaries, cultural competence, and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are critical.
  • Availability to work full-time, with a commitment of at least 20-25 hours weekly and at least two evenings per week.
Preferred Experience
  • Significant training or experience in couples therapy and working with clients in hospice or end-of-life scenarios will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and teletherapy platforms is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, inclusive of additional performance-based bonuses. We believe in valuing our employees and offer an attractive benefits package that includes:

  • Competitive compensation as a W2 employee.
  • Flexibility to create your own work schedule, including the option for hybrid remote working arrangements.
  • Fully covered overhead costs, including furnished office space and essential office supplies.
  • Health insurance coverage to support your well-being.
  • Effective administrative support, enabling you to dedicate your focus on client care rather than administrative tasks.

At Cornerstone Mental Health Counseling PC, we are committed to the professional development of our team members. You will have access to ongoing training opportunities, resources, and workshops aimed at expanding your skills and enhancing your clinical expertise. We encourage therapists to stay engaged in lifelong learning practices that promote growth both personally and professionally.
