This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. • Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions, adapted to meet the unique needs of clients across all age groups.
• Maintain an organized schedule by accurately scheduling ongoing appointments and managing your calendar effectively.
• Complete timely documentation including clinical notes and other essential record-keeping for each client to uphold the highest standard of care.
• Collaborate with peers in discussing client cases and sharing therapeutic insights to elevate the standards of our practice.
• Utilize a billing service that handles claims, eligibility checks, and payment plans, freeing you to concentrate on your clients’ progress and therapeutic relationship.

Your primary focus will be on clients who are in various stages of the detox process and post-recovery, typically dealing with substance use issues. This population often presents with a range of clinical challenges that require competency in multiple therapeutic modalities. You will engage with clients through individual sessions or couples therapy, ensuring they receive holistic support that addresses their specific situations.

• A valid LICSW license to practice independently in Washington State is required.
• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Exceptional professionalism and strong therapeutic boundaries complemented by cultural sensitivity.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to enrich personal practice and enhance client interaction.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with a desire to maintain a robust professional development agenda.

• Previous experience working with couples in a therapeutic context is highly desirable and will be considered favorably.
• Proficiency in managing various clinical presentations and demonstrating adaptability to diverse client needs.
• Comfort with utilizing digital tools and electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient client management.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise. In addition to a salary, you will also benefit from a sign-on bonus eligible upon joining our team.
