This role is fully remote, providing the convenience of working from home while connecting with clients through secure virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the specific mental health needs of clients, ensuring the development of customized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through safe and secure virtual channels, adapting techniques to meet the individual preferences and needs of each client.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and skilled guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy—tailored to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation for each therapy session, recording client progress while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients vary in background and age, ranging from adolescents to adults, providing you with meaningful opportunities to apply your expertise and make a tangible difference in their lives.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effectively connecting with clients remotely and fostering a therapeutic alliance.
• A strong sense of empathy and the ability to understand and respect the varied experiences and challenges of clients.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and self-directed skills to balance client caseload and administrative responsibilities while working remotely.

• Proven experience in a clinical setting, ideally within an outpatient environment focusing on teletherapy.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices relevant to mental health counseling.
• Experience in documentation and utilizing electronic health record systems (EHR) to track client progress and manage documentation requirements.

• Annual salary of USD 80,000 - 104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
