As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy for clients traversing various challenges, ensuring tailored and effective therapeutic approaches.
• Continuously managing your caseload by scheduling and conducting therapy sessions, maintaining an organized calendar.
• Documenting each session promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and standards.
• Utilizing a third-party billing service to manage claims, insurance verification, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on your therapeutic work.
• Collaborating with fellow therapists to share insights and strategies that enhance client care and improve therapeutic outcomes.

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, addressing mental health, substance use issues, and emotional difficulties. You will be equipped to support individuals from all age groups, tailoring interventions based on developmental needs and presenting issues. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.
• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Ability to maintain a minimum of 20-25 clinical hours weekly, including at least two evenings per week for flexible client scheduling.
