As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with All in One Psychiatric Services Inc., you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Engage with students, parents, and faculty to design and implement therapeutic interventions that address both social and emotional challenges in the school environment.
• Complete thorough documentation and progress notes in a timely manner using our established Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain an organized appointment schedule, facilitating ongoing support for clients while adapting to their availability.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and educators to develop comprehensive treatment plans to improve student outcomes and foster a supportive learning environment.

The patients you will serve range from children to adults, catering specifically to the complexities of school-aged children facing psychological challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral problems, providing a safe space for students and their families to navigate and overcome emotional obstacles.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• An advanced degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado, allowing for independent practice.
• Strong professionalism, cultural competency, and the ability to establish effective therapeutic boundaries.
• A self-motivated and organized work ethic, with the capability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and the desire to expand therapeutic skills.

Experience in working within educational settings or with school-aged clients will be highly regarded. Additionally, applicants with specialized training in couple's therapy will be given preference, as our practice occasionally provides support to both individual and relational dynamics.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with eligibility for a sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
