As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your pivotal responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across various age groups and backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique situations.
• Efficiently managing your schedule to maintain an updated calendar, ensuring all client appointments are organized and easily accessible.
• Engaging with a billing service that streamlines administrative tasks including claims management, benefit verifications, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.
• Documenting all client interactions, therapy notes, and records promptly to comply with organizational standards and support effective treatment plans.
• Demonstrating the ability to address a wide array of clinical presentations, employing diverse therapeutic modalities that suit each client’s needs.

In this role, you will work with a broad demographic, ranging from children to adults, including couples seeking guidance through their relational challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each with their individual experiences and therapeutic needs. Your ability to connect and create meaningful dialogues will be essential to their growth and healing process.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid LCSW license allowing for independent practice in the state of New York.
• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, demonstrating foundational knowledge in therapeutic practices and principles.
• Strong organizational skills, coupled with the ability to maintain professional therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency in all client interactions.
• Self-motivation and self-sufficiency, upholding a strong work ethic while thriving in a remote work setting.
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to balance a full caseload while ensuring thorough follow-up and communication.

While not mandatory, the following expertise will be highly regarded:

• Significant training and/or experience working with couples to enhance therapeutic efficacy in relational dynamics.
