As the Financial Reporting Analyst II, you'll play a key role in supporting the timely and accurate filing of external financial reports. You'll ensure the financial statements (10-Q and 10-K) are prepared in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, draft financial statement disclosures, organize supporting documentation, and coordinate the reporting calendar for financial statement filing deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows, including related footnotes and supporting documentation
Assist with review of XBRL tagging within 10-Q and 10-K filings
Draft quarterly and annual Management Discussion and Analysis reports with supporting documentation, including the quarterly fluctuation analysis
Maintain the financial reporting calendar and coordinate with cross-functional departments including finance, tax, corporate accounting, investor relations, and legal to ensure adherence to critical deadlines related to financial close, receipt and review of supporting documents and disclosures, and quarterly and annual financial statement filings
Assist the external auditors with interfacing in support of the company's quarterly reviews and annual audit
Perform preliminary research on new accounting pronouncements and disclosure requirements
Maintain internal control documentation for financial reporting processes, ensuring alignment with SOX requirements through ongoing collaboration with Internal Audit and key business stakeholders
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
1-2 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting
Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial statement presentation

Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Able to work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines

CPA candidate preferred
