Responsibilities
• Connecting by telephone with warm lead clients to coordinate an opportunity to virtually present them a family protection package.
• Engage with families, seniors, and singles to explain insurance options to protect their family now and in the future.
• Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales
• Update reports, records and other organizational tools to accurately report progress
• Work in a team environment coaching new hires.
• Actively recruit new hires to build your team.
• Manage and mentor your team throughout the hiring, training and mentoring process.
Qualifications
• Job seekers must already have ONTARIO, ALBERTA, NEWFOUNDLAND or BRITISH COLUMBIA LLQP LICENCE
 or be willing to get an insurance license
• Basic Computer Skills required
• High School Diploma
• Experience working with Customer Service a benefit
