As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.
• Providing various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address specific issues faced by clients.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient confidentiality while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to offer coordinated and holistic care.
• Participating actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to promote continuous quality improvement in the care we deliver.
• Educating patients and families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available, fostering empowerment and understanding.
• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in the mental health field to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve patient outcomes consistently.

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and grief-related challenges. Many will be navigating complex emotional landscapes within the context of hospice care, and you will have the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships that promote healing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving in clinical practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Experience working in hospice settings or with terminally ill patients is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with remote counseling software and telehealth best practices is a plus.
