As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, you will have the opportunity to:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can connect, share personal experiences, and support one another in their recovery.
• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling that allows clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, creating customized coping strategies and solutions.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Monitor Client Progress: Track and evaluate outcomes utilizing assessment tools and direct feedback, ensuring that clients are progressing toward their treatment goals.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Regularly communicate with fellow clinicians, psychiatrists, and other team members to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom face mental health challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, and stress-related issues. Through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will provide critical support for individuals seeking to better manage their mental health and improve their quality of life.

• Licensure: A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license is required to practice.
• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health treatment, particularly with clients facing mood disorders in either residential or outpatient environments.

Experience in facilitating therapeutic groups and individual sessions, alongside familiarity with assessment methodologies and treatment planning, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience. Benefits include:
