Our client is seeking to add a QA Consultant with strong java expertise to their team to complete major project initiatives. They are undergoing a major technology modernization initiative that will last several years! Recent experience with RFT is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering with significant experience in test automation framework design, maintenance, and utilization
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with Playwright
- Experience testing REST APIs using Java
- Experience with Playwright’s APIRequestContext
- Understanding of Cucumber BDD (Gherkin, step definitions, hooks)
- Experience designing reusable service/page objects
- Familiarity with JSON parsing and schema validation
- Experience with Git and CI tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Understanding of test automation best practices
- Ability to write and maintain clean, data-driven tests
