Full Stack Engineer
Oxford Solutions is working with an innovative early-stage technology client to hire a Full Stack Software Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role supports the development of a modern web platform focused on AI-powered content and digital tools for small business users. Candidates can be based in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia, with a primarily remote schedule and occasional onsite meetings in West Virginia.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and enhance full stack web applications using modern frameworks
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces based on design specifications
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and real-time data flows
- Support development of interactive dashboards and core product features
- Assist with third-party integrations, including external platform APIs
- Deploy and maintain applications in cloud or serverless environments
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to iterate quickly on new ideas
- Review and refine code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of full stack development experience
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs
- Exposure to modern styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset
