Job Overview

The Senior Full Stack .NET Developer will design, build, and enhance cloud-native, APIdriven applications that power LPL's advisor onboarding experience. In this role, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert and help guide developers in the design, development, and evolution of modern digital platforms. You'll work closely with product partners, architects, QA engineers, and release teams to deliver scalable, secure, and elegant solutions using modern AWS cloud services and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for AWS development patterns, cloud architecture, and engineering best practices.

  • Develop and deliver new features and enhancements that directly impact advisor onboarding and the firm's strategic growth.

  • Design and implement scalable services using DomainDriven Design, APIfirst architecture, and eventdriven microservices.

  • Build fullstack solutions using .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, and AWSnative components.

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and QA teams to design technical solutions and document architecture in alignment with SDLC standards.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, demos, and crossfunctional discussions to communicate progress and share technical insights.

  • Build solutions aligned with enterprise engineering standards and actively participate in code reviews and architectural evaluations.

  • Provide advanced debugging, performance troubleshooting, and production support as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of fullstack development experience with strong proficiency in .NET Core and .NET Framework.

  • 4+ years of experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and Angular applications (TypeScript, components, modules, dependency injection).

  • 4+ years of handson experience developing cloud-native solutions using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, Fargate/EKS).

  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub or similar), DevOps practices, and infrastructureascode tools (e.g., Terraform).

  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or DocumentDB.

Core Competencies

  • Expertise in distributed systems design and scalable architecture.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, guide, and mentor team members.

  • Commitment to clean code, testing, automation, and continuous improvement.

Preferences

  • Experience with machine learning engineering (model integration, orchestration, lifecycle tooling).

Pay Range:

$106,100.00 - $176,900.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
