Essential Responsibilities:

US HealthCenter is looking for a positive and energetic software developer to join our team of healthcare IT software professionals. As a Software Developer, you will perform product development and will develop specifications and designs to improve, enhance and resolve problems with those products and code and implement those designs.

· Serve on a team focusing on medical software development projects of moderate to high complexity

· Handle multiple projects simultaneously; conflicts are escalated to the Manager in a timely manner prior to a project becoming late

· Follow established company and department standards and best practices

· Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies

· Work independently and within the team structure

· Effectively work with SME’s clients, or users to ensure requirements are clearly defined and communicated for development project

· Effectively communicate with users, management and other coworkers in both verbal and written form

· Create and/or update project plans and/or task checklists for assigned projects

· Independently provide time and resource estimates for assigned projects

This position requires 2-3 days in our corporate office in Thiensville.

Required Qualifications:

Must be a US Citizen

· An undergraduate degree or better in computer science or equivalent discipline or equivalent level of industry related experience

· Three to five years' experience with MS C#, .NET Framework, Angular, SQL, SPROCs, CSS and Javascript

· Software development experience with object oriented software engineering and design patterns

· Proven analytical skills interpreting and implementing business and functional requirements

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all organizational levels required

· Experience troubleshooting enterprise-scale applications

· Demonstrated experience utilizing SDLC methodologies including waterfall/agile/scrum

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with HL7

Mobile App development and management.

· Web Services (REST and/or WS-*), WCF, XML, XSLT

· .NET (WPF, Windows Forms, TPL, Windows Services, MVC)

· Have experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, AJAX, etc.)

· Experience with developing and designing database objects and schemas using MS SQL Server 2008, 2012

· Experience in medical software development including medical data or predictive modeling.
