Job description

Greenlight is the leading family fintech company on a mission to help parents raise financially smart kids. We proudly serve more than 6 million parents and kids with our award‑winning banking app for families. With Greenlight, parents can automate allowance, manage chores, set flexible spend controls, and invest for their family’s future. Kids and teens learn to earn, save, spend wisely, and invest.

At Greenlight, we believe every child should have the opportunity to become financially healthy and happy. It’s no small task, and that’s why we leap out of bed every morning to come to work. Because creating a better, brighter future for the next generation depends on it.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Website to lead the next evolution of Greenlight.com – our highest‑impact acquisition surface and the front door for millions of parents and kids. You’ll own the site end‑to‑end: from marketing and acquisition pages through signup flows, onboarding, and cross‑sell and upsell experiences. A key component of this role is leading a major website redesign, leveraging interactive features, dynamic content, and modern design best practices to drive measurable improvements in visitor engagement and conversion.

As the driving force behind the website, you’ll play a pivotal role in ideating projects, prioritizing work, and running experiments with new features. As we look to serve more families in more ways, we expect the Web PM to set the vision for the long‑term direction of our web experience in collaboration with our marketing, brand, data and engineering partners. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role with direct line‑of‑sight to our top‑of‑funnel growth metrics.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Product Management.

Your day‑to‑day:
  • Own the website product strategy, vision, and prioritized roadmap in partnership with Marketing, Brand, Engineering, Design, and Analytics.
  • Lead a product development team to deliver on your vision and user/business outcomes.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies across marketing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and upsell experiences.
  • Build a structured experimentation backlog informed by analytics, user behavior insights, and growth hypotheses.
  • Develop and lead the full‑funnel Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap.
  • Work closely with our Product Analytics partners to run experiments and understand our users and how they interact with our products.
  • Own the Contentful CMS strategy: govern content architecture, define structured content models, and enable Marketing and Brand teams to publish and iterate without engineering dependency.
  • Manage the MarTech stack in partnership with Marketing – overseeing tracking implementations, tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager), analytics instrumentation (GA4, Segment), and ensuring data integrity across tools.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to evaluate, integrate, and optimize tools across the personalization, SEO, testing, and analytics stack.
  • Define and monitor KPIs including conversion rate, bounce rate, session‑to‑registration rate, and downstream retention metrics; report progress to leadership regularly.
  • Ability to manage Shopify site, apps and funnel optimizations for e‑commerce.
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • 6–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning a consumer‑facing website in fintech, consumer SaaS, or a high‑growth B2C company.
  • Specialize in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), product growth and performance UX roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with Contentful – you understand content modeling, structured content design, and how to empower non‑technical teams to self‑serve.
  • Deep expertise with Optimizely (or a comparable platform) – you’ve built and managed large experimentation backlogs and know how to design statistically sound tests with analytics, and proven record of maximizing learnings from the available web traffic.
  • Proven CRO track record – you have concrete examples of experiment‑driven conversion improvements across acquisition or onboarding funnels.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making: comfortable working closely with analysts or writing SQL to pull and interpret behavioral data; proficient in Mixpanel or similar.
  • A strong technical background and understanding of basic web and front‑end technologies, as well as experimentation best practices.
  • Hands‑on experience managing MarTech stacks and marketing tracking implementations.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to manage cross‑functional projects.
  • Ownership mentality – this role proactively identifies gaps in product, process, and measurement and drives improvement without being asked.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a remote team environment.
Preferred experience:
  • Familiarity with CDPs and how first‑party data flows into web personalization and targeting.
  • Background in consumer fintech or family‑oriented products.
  • Experience in a subscription or freemium business model with a focus on trial‑to‑paid conversion.
Work perks at Greenlight:
  • Medical, dental, vision, and HSA match
  • Paid life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits
  • Traditional 401k with company match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid company holidays and pop‑up bonus holidays
  • Professional development stipends
  • Mental health resources
  • 1:1 financial planners
  • Fertility healthcare
  • 100% paid parental and caregiving leave, plus cleaning service and meals during your leave
  • Flexible WFH, both remote and in‑office opportunities
  • Fully stocked kitchen, catered lunches, and occasional in‑office happy hours
  • Employee resource groups
