The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, along with lucrative bonuses.

• Deliver effective individual and couples therapy sessions to diverse clients, focusing on school-aged children and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely notes for all client interactions, adhering to our standards for record-keeping and confidentiality.
• Manage client scheduling effectively, ensuring an organized calendar that accommodates ongoing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other therapists and school staff to address the specific needs of students and coordinate comprehensive care.
• Utilize our billing service to manage insurance claims and verify client benefits, alleviating administrative burdens to focus more on client-centered care.

In this role, you will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their parents or guardians, addressing a wide range of clinical presentations from anxiety disorders to trauma recovery. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and cultural competence is key to effectively meeting their unique needs. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance the mental wellness and emotional support of students within the school framework.

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required, along with a current LCSW license to practice independently.
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and the capability to motivate oneself within a remote work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills are essential for managing a caseload and adhering to appointment schedules.
• A strong commitment to continuous professional growth and the development of therapeutic skills.
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 20-25 hours per week with two evening sessions required.
