• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, maintaining a caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits per week.
• Document clinical notes and treatment plans in accordance with company policy and best practices, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages open communication and trust.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving and surpassing their treatment goals.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at We Care Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, couples, and families. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is required.
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in completing Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on demonstrating stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Willingness to pass a background check as a condition of employment.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
