Remote front end developers must also be skilled in communication and time management to effectively work with teams across various locations.

Many can work from home with a high-end computer and fast internet access. Job description

We are seeking a local candidate for this role! This position offers a flexible, hybrid schedule with availability to work from home on Monday and Friday.

Bullion International Group (B.I.G.) is the parent company behind a family of industry-leading precious metals and fintech brands, including APMEX — a top 100 e-retailer in the nation — and OneGold, a digital platform for buying, storing, and transacting in physical precious metals. Headquartered in downtown Oklahoma City for over 25 years, B.I.G. offers a unique balance of an established corporate culture and the opportunity to build new products in the broader fintech space.

Across our platforms we serve hundreds of thousands of purchasing customers and millions of active users, and we are building the next generation of products that make precious metals a usable, everyday asset.

We are seeking:

The Digital Product Manager owns the roadmap and day-to-day product decisions for B.I.G.’s customer-facing digital experiences — our ecommerce website and mobile app — across our portfolio of retail and wholesale brands and products. You will turn customer needs and business goals into shipped features that grow conversion, engagement, and revenue.

Working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics, you will own discovery, prioritization, and delivery for your product area, and use data and AI to move quickly and decide well. This role reports to the Manager, Digital Product.

YOUR IMPACT

Product Strategy & Discovery

  • Own the roadmap for the sites and apps, grounded in customer research, data, and business goals.
  • Run discovery — customer surveys & feedback, usability testing, and funnel and behavioral analysis — to identify the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and define what success looks like for each initiative.

Delivery & Execution

  • Partner with engineering and design to plan, prioritize, and ship features through an agile process; own the backlog and sprint priorities.
  • Balance new feature work against performance, quality, and technical health.
  • Coordinate launches with marketing, merchandising, and operations.

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Own conversion-rate optimization for your area; design, run, and report A/B and multivariate tests and act on the results.
  • Continuously optimize the funnel, checkout, and key journeys to grow conversion, average order value, and retention.

Data, Insights & AI

  • Define and track product KPIs and build a data-informed view of how your product performs.
  • Use analytics and AI tools to accelerate research, requirements, and analysis and to surface opportunities.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You are succeeding in this role when:

  • A clear, prioritized product roadmap is in place and tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Shipped features improve conversion, engagement, and revenue against baseline.
  • A steady cadence of experiments runs, with wins rolled out and learnings shared across the team.
  • Product KPIs and reporting are trustworthy and relied on by the team.
  • Launches are smooth and well-coordinated across design, engineering, and marketing.
  • Repeatable AI-enabled workflows speed up discovery and delivery.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Degrees preferred:

  • Business / Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Information Systems / MIS
  • Computer Science / Software Engineering
  • UX / Human-Computer Interaction
  • Data Science / Statistics / Analytics
  • Economics

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably for an ecommerce website or mobile app (or a comparable digital product) required
  • A track record of shipping features that moved real metrics — conversion, engagement, or revenue.
  • Strong product sense and user empathy; able to translate needs into clear requirements.
  • Comfortable with data — analytics, funnels, and experimentation — and turning it into decisions.
  • Experience working in an agile team alongside design and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Fluency with AI tools and eagerness to build AI-enabled workflows.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Product management and agile workflow tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, TFS)
  • Web and product analytics (Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, or Heap)
  • A/B testing and experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
  • Discovery and design collaboration tools (Figma)
  • AI and LLM tools for research, requirements, and analysis
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and APIs
  • SQL or comfort querying data a plus
  • Advanced data management in Microsoft Excel required

  • Experience with ecommerce, DTC, marketplace, or fintech products
  • Depth in conversion-rate optimization and experimentation
  • Mobile app product management experience (iOS/Android)
  • A basic understanding of design and front-end development
  • Familiarity with precious metals, commodities, or alternative assets
