• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, applying solution-focused techniques to address varying mental health challenges.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to provide virtual sessions efficiently, ensuring accessibility for clients remote from traditional therapy settings.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support and intervention as necessary.

The diverse clientele at Empathic Health Therapy Center includes adults facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Required: Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Required: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on establishing rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your board licensure.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a client-focused mental health setting is required, additional experience in specialized therapy techniques or working with specific populations (such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those dealing with substance use disorders) is highly valued. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and clinical note-taking systems will be an advantage.

• Salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
