Key Details

Candidates can only reside in (AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MS, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH,SC, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI.

  • Compensation: $15.75–$17.50 per hour
  • Employment Type: W2 (not open to C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship)

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a project focused on entering and maintaining information within a Salesforce database. This role will provide clerical and administrative support while helping ensure accurate records, organized documentation, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate data within a Salesforce database.
  • Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, file management, scheduling support, and email or instant message communication.
  • Assist with projects, programs, and assignments aligned with department processes and services.
  • Prepare and submit task updates and status reports as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Support required quality and productivity standards within established timeframes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of clerical, administrative, or data entry experience.
  • Experience entering alpha-numeric information accurately.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Computer literacy and comfort learning data management systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Must reside in one of the approved eligible states.
