Bilingual HR Customer Service Representative – Remote | TN

Location: Remote – TN Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

We are hiring Bilingual Human Resources Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish) to assist employees and former employees with HR and benefits-related questions.


What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from employees and former employees in English and Spanish
  • Assist with HR and employee benefits questions
  • Explain HR policies, procedures, and benefits clearly and professionally
  • Research customer concerns and follow through to resolution
  • Accurately document calls, cases, and transactions
  • Respond to inquiries submitted through online support channels
  • Navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers
  • Protect confidential employee and benefits information
  • Meet attendance, quality, productivity, and customer service expectations

Qualifications

  • Bilingual – fluent/professional English and Spanish required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of recent call center and/or employee benefits experience within the past 1–2 years
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Must be available Monday–Friday during required business hours
  • Perfect attendance during training is required

Candidates must have:
