The Listening Guide Therapy is actively seeking licensed mental health professionals, specifically LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs, to join our dedicated team as Remote Mental Health Therapists. This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. The work schedule is designed for a balanced lifestyle, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, and no weekend shifts required. Therapy sessions will be conducted through secure, user-friendly virtual platforms, providing both flexibility and privacy for our clients.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including detailed therapy notes, treatment plans, and progress reports to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create optimal treatment plans for clients, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to mental health care.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with best practices in mental health treatment.

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• A valid license to practice as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California is mandatory.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and a strong comfort level with technology is essential.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within a community health or clinical setting. Experience with diverse populations and the ability to conduct therapy in a culturally sensitive manner are highly desirable.
