About the Role

What if the career knowledge you've developed in customer service could directly improve how AI guides professionals across Canada and beyond? We're looking for experienced Customer Service professionals in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area to evaluate and improve next-generation AI career guidance systems — making sure they reflect what a real customer service career actually looks and feels like.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to professionals with meaningful experience in customer-facing work. No AI or tech background required — your expertise in the field is what we need.

What You'll Do
  • Review career-related questions from professionals at various stages of a customer service career
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level, realistic career guidance within the field
  • Develop evaluation rubrics to objectively assess and score AI-generated career advice
  • Identify AI-generated recommendations that are inaccurate, incomplete, or disconnected from real-world practice
  • Contribute your industry knowledge to help AI career coaching tools become more useful and accurate
  • Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule
Who You Are
  • Meaningful professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
  • Strong understanding of how customer service careers develop — roles, skills, progression, and challenges
