Are you looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate?

We are currently seeking Danish-speaking freelance agents for inbound customer support and sales projects with international and local companies. This is a long-term collaboration with stable daytime hours and fully paid training.

Project start date: 23rd of February Compensation: Approximately €20 per hour

Your Responsibilities Inbound Customer Support
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed and organized documentation
Inbound / Warm Sales
  • Manage incoming leads and customer requests
  • Present products and services professionally
  • Identify customer needs and close sales opportunities
  • Achieve individual performance and revenue targets
Requirements
  • Danish language level C1 (written and spoken)
  • English level B2
  • Freelance status with the ability to issue invoices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliability, professionalism, and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented mindset (especially for sales roles)
