Client Overview Our client is a cosmetics company known for offering affordable, cruelty‐free makeup and skincare products. Recruiter Responsibilities Own and execute full‐cycle recruiting for ~20 concurrent requisitions across a mix of corporate, creative, operations, marketing, and product functions. Lead intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and interview strategies. Source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, referrals, and networks) to build strong, diverse pipelines. Conduct thorough phone screens to assess functional expertise, performance history, and culture/values alignment. Manage and optimize the interview process: scheduling, interviewer prep, feedback collection, and debrief coordination. Present curated, well‐vetted shortlists to hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on market insights, compensation, and candidate selection. Maintain disciplined, accurate documentation and status updates within the applicant tracking system and internal reports. Communicate consistently with candidates and stakeholders to set expectations, provide timely updates, and avoid bottlenecks. Help uphold and continually improve a best‐in‐class candidate experience that reflects a fast‐paced, values‐driven culture. Quickly ramp on internal tools, processes, and brand voice to integrate seamlessly with the existing Talent Acquisition team. Recruiter Qualifications 8+ years of full‐cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‐growth, high‐volume environments; experience with consumer, CPG, beauty, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Proven track record managing ~20 or more requisitions at once across multiple functions and stakeholder groups. Demonstrated ability to recruit for both skills and culture fit, with a strong emphasis on values alignment and pace of work. Highly organized and detail‐oriented, with strong follow‐through and the ability to manage shifting priorities without sacrificing quality. Self‐directed and resourceful, able to ramp quickly with limited oversight and navigate new org structures, tools, and workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders at all levels. Comfortable operating with urgency and at high speed while maintaining a positive, professional candidate experience.
