Job Description
At SimpleTense, freelance writers enjoy a tremendous deal of flexibility. Claim the jobs you want to write about and as many or as few of them as you'd like. Just power up your word processor and Wi-Fi and you'll be good to go!
Qualifications
So long as you hold a Bachelor's degree or are working towards one with a minimum GPA of 3.3 you're ready to begin working with us. We are ready for you if you're able to:
  • Complete writing and editing assignments according to instructions and deliver on time
  • Source and research scholarly works
  • Apply APA, CMS, MLA, Harvard, Oxford, and other style conventions
  • Reach out to clients or staff when further clarification is needed
  • Willing to accept and apply constructive feedback to your work
  • Proofread your own work
  • Maintain cordial communications

Writers who demonstrate knowledge in economics, statistics, and/or finance, with 2+ years of academic writing experience and have familiarity with the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word are definitely a big plus!
