As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Apex Serenity, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing a strong, trusting relationship with patients to create a safe and open environment for therapy.
• Diagnosing and treating a broad range of mental health disorders applicable to individuals, couples, and families.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient-centered goals.
• Regularly meeting with clients to provide counseling sessions, monitor progress, and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Conducting ongoing evaluations of patient outcomes to refine treatment approaches and enhance care delivery.
• Referring clients to additional specialists when necessary, coordinating care to ensure comprehensive support.
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques and methodologies to address various emotional and psychological challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to build motivation and resilience in clients.

In addition to the qualifications listed above, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Specialized training or direct experience in addiction counseling.
