Job description

Sales Executive — Fraud Intelligence

Full Cycle Outbound · OEM Deals · US Market

About IPInfoIPinfo is the market leader in delivering comprehensive and precise IP data, empowering businesses with well-defined data that enables actionable insights. Every day, we process more than 1 billion IP data points, offering an unparalleled big-picture view of the internet. Our unique approach combines ground truth data with data from ProbeNet, our internet measurement platform, to create a detailed, real-time profile of every IP address. By contextualizing each IP with enriched metadata—covering its origin, connections, and circumstances—we provide businesses with the clarity and intelligence needed to make smarter, faster decisions. Our data enriches applications and services with accurate IP data that can help manage security risks, improve user experiences, optimize content delivery and ensure regulatory compliance. Join a fast-paced, innovative team that’s passionate about data, technology, and customer success.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a telented full-cycle market hunter who identifies and pursues high-value targets in fin tech and ad tech fraud detection, owns the complete deal cycle with senior support on complex deals and contributes to the wider GTM organization through front-line market intelligence.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull cycle outbound sales
  • Own the complete sales cycle from cold outreach to close at named target accounts across fintech fraud and ad tech fraud.
  • Build and manage a list of 50+ high-value market targets with discipline — research, prioritise, sequence, and drive activity.
  • Generate pipeline at key industry conferences — MRC, Money20/20, TAG, ad:tech — through structured pre-show research, on-floor engagement, and disciplined follow-through.
  • This is a pure outbound role — backed by full marketing, product positioning, and direct management support, but you are the one driving pipeline and opening strategic accounts.
 Deal Progression
  • Drive deals end to end with direct management support on complex deal phases, including OEM and embedded data agreements
  • Research and target key accounts, map stakeholders and develop personalised outreach
 Market & ecosystem intelligence
  • Map competitive dynamics in your target verticals — who integrates with whom, who competes, where IPinfo displaces or augments the existing stack.
  • Track emerging fraud vectors and how IP intelligence signals map to them, staying ahead of buyer priorities.
 Team & strategy
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Strategic Markets on account prioritisation and conference planning.
  • Provide market intelligence that informs IPinfo product positioning and roadmap.

Key QualificationsExperience
  • 1-3 years of full cycle outbound sales — independently opened and closed deals without BDR support.
  • Consistent quota attainment across multiple years.
  • US-based or US-focused market coverage.
  • Proven conference-led pipeline generation.
 Skills
  • Comfortable with multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations.
  • Comfortable engaging technical buyers (heads of data, data engineering) and commercial buyers (heads of product, VP Fraud) in the same deal.
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management — accurate forecasting is expected.
  • Data, API, or intelligence product background preferred; SaaS experience is acceptable.
 Personality
  • Hungry and commercially ambitious — not satisfied with a managed book, wants to build something.
  • Intellectually curious: genuinely interested in how fraud ecosystems, data stacks, and market dynamics work.
  • Builds relationships over time, not just transactions — thinks in accounts and multi-year revenue.
  • Strategic — targets and wins accounts that open new revenue generating verticals as much as the ACV.
  • Dynamic — drawn to markets at an inflection point, where a better product arriving at the right moment can genuinely shift the competitive order.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.
  • Flexible remote working.
  • Travel budget for key industry conferences.

How to ApplyIf you are a proven hunter with the commercial instinct to build in a new market and the intellectual curiosity to master it, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your CV and a brief note on the most challenging deal you have generated, structured, and closed to augustin@ipinfo.io.

About Our CultureAt IPinfo, we move fast, operate with high autonomy, and reward people who take ownership. We are a lean team working at the intersection of data intelligence, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity — a space that is growing fast and where the right data product can make a fundamental difference to how platforms detect and stop fraud. If you want to have a real commercial impact and build something from scratch, this is the right environment.

A note from Augustin, Manager Strategic Markets
Hi, I’m Augustin, Manager Strategic Markets at IPinfo.
IP intelligence is foundational to how fintech and ad tech companies detect and stop fraud. It is also a market that is in the process of reconsidering its legacy data sources in favour of higher data quality. That creates a significant commercial window for IPinfo, and this team exists to move through it fast.
We will be account-focused, conference-heavy, and commercially relentless. Our mandate is to win the logos that open market verticals, build the case studies that accelerate the next wave of revenue, and influence the overall GTM strategy. It is a challenging role with high visibility and direct commercial impact on IPinfo’s market strategy.
This role is built around opening doors and closing opportunities. As you ramp up, you will work on complex deals alongside senior management. As your sales knowledge and track record develop, you will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle.
We are not prioritising industry experience. Commercial instinct and the ability to hunt are what we are hiring for. The market knowledge comes quickly for the right person. We are looking for someone who wants to compete hard, build something meaningful, and win accounts that define the trajectory.
Salary Range[TBD] base + uncapped commission, depending on experience.
