Security Specialist
The Opportunity:
As a Security Specialist for the U.S. Army, you will ensure that Department of War and U.S. Army regulations and procedures for safeguarding the facility and classified material and information are enforced. You will work with government partners to coordinate and manage physical security requirements and document specific security procedures. You will perform in a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information. You will use your specific functional knowledge to develop or contribute to security solutions and participate in special projects and perform additional duties to support client requirements, as required.

You Have:
  • Experience with Visitor Control Support
  • Experience with Intrusion Detection and Electronic Entry Systems
  • Ability to create, manage, and maintain a Guard Book and Security Standard Operating Procedures
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Completion of Level 1 Security Manger Training

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Experience with Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
