Job description

Castor Consulting LLC is seeking a Sales Director to lead and grow revenue-driving efforts in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Position Summary

The Sales Director will own the sales strategy and execution for Castor Consulting LLC, driving consistent pipeline growth and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on sales execution to strengthen performance across the full sales cycle.

This position is based in Remote (Birmingham, MI) and requires a leader who can align sales goals with business priorities, build dependable forecasting, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end sales planning and execution, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Own and manage sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy to support predictable revenue outcomes.

  • Recruit, train, and coach sales talent while setting clear expectations, sales standards, and performance goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to expand business opportunities.

  • Identify market trends, refine sales messaging, and continuously improve the sales process to increase win rates and deal velocity.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading sales efforts and achieving revenue targets in a measurable, results-driven environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through closing.

  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach others, set goals, and drive accountability.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decisions at multiple levels.

  • Solid business judgment and forecasting discipline, with a track record of delivering accurate pipeline and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling professional services or consulting solutions.

  • Track record of building sales strategies from the ground up or significantly improving existing processes.

  • Familiarity with developing go-to-market plans and aligning sales activities with marketing and delivery teams.

  • Experience operating in remote or distributed team environments.

Compensation

Annual salary: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00
