Position Overview

The Renton Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician, specifically holders of LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW licenses, to join our team of experienced professionals. This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to deliver high-quality mental health services via telehealth. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to provide therapy to patients. Clinicians will benefit from a well-equipped home office setup, with tech support and guidance available for seamless online delivery of therapy. Our practice ensures that all appointments occur in a protected and confidential virtual environment, prioritizing patient safety and comfort. The weekly consultation sessions with colleagues provide opportunities to discuss cases, examine countertransference, and share personal reflections on professional experiences, enhancing personal and clinical growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to a diverse client population, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain a minimum of 33 scheduled patient hours weekly while managing the variability of patient attendance and cancellations.
• Participate in weekly consultative meetings with a range of professionals, including psychologists and legal experts, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize the Digital Alliance Scale (Session Rating Scale) in every session to track therapy outcomes and monitor patient progress effectively.
• Adhere to practice policies regarding patient onboarding, scheduling, documentation, fee collection, and session reflections.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinicians work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We actively seek motivated patients who are ready to engage in the therapeutic process and improve their mental well-being. The carefully screened referral system ensures that our clinicians work with individuals who are committed to their growth and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• A current and valid State of Washington license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) to practice as a mental health clinician.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical context is essential.
• A commitment to maintaining accurate records and following organizational policies regarding patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth practices is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in managing patient caseloads effectively and efficiently, including patient retention strategies.
• A background in trauma-informed care or transformative psychotherapy methods.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between USD 100,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience.
