• Conduct thorough assessments upon client intake to identify mental health concerns and establish baseline data.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities specific to client requirements—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Regularly evaluate client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Provide teletherapy options, accommodating clients with accessibility challenges or preferences for virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as required by ethical and legal standards.
• Engage actively in ongoing training and professional development to keep abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Our client base includes individuals coping with a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress management. You will be working with diverse populations, providing care that respects cultural sensitivities and individual experiences. Building strong, trustworthy relationships with clients is paramount to our therapeutic approach.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
• A non-judgmental attitude, fostering an inviting space for clients to express their feelings and concerns.
• Strong organizational skills, along with effective time management to handle a varied caseload.

While candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered, preference will be given to those who have:

• Demonstrated experience in providing teletherapy services.
• Prior experience in a community health setting, particularly within similar demographic areas.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, enhancing documentation efficiency.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
