Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish a foundation for individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize tailored therapeutic modalities to provide one-on-one counseling sessions, focused on helping clients navigate and overcome challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Set achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continually monitor their progress through regular evaluations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation regarding client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors serve a wide variety of client demographics and mental health concerns, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing issues as diverse as chronic stress, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your ability to establish rapport and create a safe, supportive atmosphere will be essential in helping these individuals achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards client care.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapeutic services via telehealth platforms, demonstrating familiarity with technology and virtual client management.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and addressing a range of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
