Job description

Who is Authenticx?

Authenticx is on a mission to help humans understand humans. Our software platform is the new standard for humanizing customer interaction data at scale. We do this by channeling our passion and talent into helping health care leaders listen to their conversational data in a way that delivers value to the enterprise.

Role Summary

As a Forward Deployment Engineer at Authenticx, you will serve as a customer-facing technical leader responsible for bringing our platform to life within complex enterprise healthcare environments. You'll partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand their workflows, systems, and operational challenges, then design and build solutions that connect Authenticx's conversation intelligence to the tools and processes that drive real-world outcomes.

This role blends hands-on engineering with consultative solutioning-you'll design integrations, map data across systems, and deploy scalable workflows while helping customers operationalize insights that improve patient, member, and business experiences. You'll also identify repeatable patterns and influence how our platform evolves, helping establish Authenticx as a core intelligence layer within our customers' ecosystems.

What You'll Do

Customer Discovery & Solution Design

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, system dependencies, and operational goals
  • Translate business needs into technical designs, including integrations, data mappings, and workflow logic
  • Document architecture, constraints, and key dependencies

Integration & Data Implementation

  • Design and build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware
  • Define data flows, transformation logic, and system interactions across platforms
  • Use SQL to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support testing

Engineering & Deployment

  • Configure and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in customer environments
  • Ensure reliability through proper handling of authentication, error handling, retries, and monitoring
  • Support testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization

Customer Partnership & Value Expansion

  • Act as a trusted technical partner, guiding customers toward scalable solutions
  • Identify opportunities to expand Authenticx into additional workflows and teams
  • Help customers connect insights to measurable operational and experience outcomes

Scaling & Product Feedback

  • Identify repeatable patterns and implementation opportunities across customers
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities and deployment models
  • Contribute to reusable solutions that reduce one-off implementation effort

Qualifications

  • Experience in forward deployed, solutions, implementation, or integration engineering roles
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with production data
  • Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, or event-driven systems
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NICE, Genesys, Veeva, or similar
  • Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated SaaS environments
  • Experience deploying software in complex enterprise organizations
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration and cross-system data mapping
  • Experience influencing product direction based on customer needs

Additional Information:  This role will be based remotely and will require regular onsite time spent with customers.
