Rx Savings Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to help define, deliver, andoptimizehealthcare technology solutions that improve medication affordability and access to care. This role partners closely with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Commercial, Operations, Account Management, and Support teams to translate customer needs, healthcare data, and businessobjectivesinto scalable product capabilities.

The Product Manager owns product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, delivery support, and performance measurement for a designated area of the product portfolio. This individual willleveragecustomer insights, product analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable value for members, clients, and the business.

What You'll Do

  • Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and solution requirements for a designated area of the product portfolio.

  • Partner with Commercial, Operations, Account Management, Support, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams toidentifyopportunities that improve member, client, and business outcomes.

  • Translate businessobjectives, customer insights, healthcare data, and operational needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.

  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs using Jira, Confluence, and related product management tools.

  • Support Agile product delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, release readiness, feature validation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to deliver solutions involving APIs, integrations, healthcare data, and enterprise technology platforms.

  • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, adoption trends, and operational metrics toidentifyopportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Communicate product priorities, tradeoffs, release plans, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.

Basic Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, healthcare technology, software delivery, business analysis, ora relatedfield.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience managing product backlogs and developing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, or product specifications.

  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, orSAFeproduct delivery environments.

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar product management and collaboration platforms.

  • Experience supporting Product Acceptance Testing (PAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release validation, or software quality processes.

  • Experience working with APIs, system integrations, healthcare data, or data-driven software products.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Analytics, Design, Operations, Commercial, and customer-facing stakeholders.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), health plans, benefits administration, or other regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with prescription drug pricing, formulary data, healthcare claims, medication affordability solutions, or member engagement programs.

  • Experience defining and measuring product outcomes such as adoption,utilization, patient engagement, savings, or operational efficiency.

  • Experience supporting customer-facing applications, healthcare SaaS solutions, or enterprise technology products.

  • Experience using analytics and customer insights to inform product strategy and prioritization.

  • Experience supporting product launches, change management initiatives, or customer adoption programs.

  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience presenting product recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases to senior leaders.

Travel / Physical Requirements

This is a remote U.S.-based position. Limited travel may berequiredfor team planning sessions, customer meetings, leadership meetings, or company events. The role primarily involves computer-based work, participation in virtual meetings, and regular collaboration with cross-functional teams.
