This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a close connection with clients. You will participate in a structured outpatient setting that emphasizes flexibility and accessibility. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, which may include depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, and formulating accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to align with the specific needs and goals of clients to promote meaningful engagement and progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate care and safety.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including accurate progress notes and treatment plan documentation.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create continuity of care and comprehensive treatment for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and local community resources, ensuring they feel empowered and informed regarding their care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices and attending training sessions and workshops to refine therapeutic techniques.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health conditions. This diversity enriches the therapeutic experience and allows for a nuanced understanding of clients' unique experiences and needs. In this role, you will specifically support clients in various life stages, addressing issues such as trauma recovery, relationship conflicts, and coping strategies for anxiety and depression.

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, particularly in understanding complex mental health issues.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike.
• Capacity to work independently while also contributing positively as a team member in a remote setting.
• A commitment to uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional practices.

• Experience providing therapy in a clinical environment is preferred, though we are also open to strong candidates with entry-level qualifications.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to streamline client care and documentation is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
