• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including treatment plan reviews, case notes, and ongoing assessments in line with company policies and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to tackle the diverse needs of the community.
• Employ creative therapeutic interventions to motivate clients in setting and achieving their personal goals.

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is required.
