• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist clients in building resilience and regaining control over their lives.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest levels of professional integrity in all interactions.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients grappling with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional disorders. Your role is critical in advocating for clients from different backgrounds, offering tailored support that resonates with their lived experiences and unique circumstances.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.
