Pay Range: $80,000-85,000 annually

Candidates must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, OR, TX, UT, TN, TX, WA

As Client Services and Onboarding Operations Manager, you will:

  • Leads and optimizes the client onboarding and operational experience from referral through active service delivery, overseeing intake, authorizations, and service activation.
  • Manages, coaches, and develops a team of Client Services professionals, driving performance standards, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Acts as a data-driven, technology-forward operational partner, leveraging AI-enabled automation and analytics to streamline the client service lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 4–6+ years in client services, healthcare operations, customer success, onboarding, or healthcare administration.
  • People Leadership: 2+ years of people management experience, including performance management, coaching, and team development, with proven success leading distributed or offshore teams.
  • Process & Systems Leadership: Demonstrated success leading operational processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading change management for enterprise software implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, ERP integrations).
  • AI & Automation: Proven experience leveraging AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to optimize workflows while maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Technology Adoption: Demonstrated success driving organizational adoption of new tools, including the ability to communicate the "why" behind new technology and troubleshoot resistance.
  • Analytics & Judgment: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in CRM, operational systems, and productivity platforms.
