This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the state of Nevada. • Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct comprehensive initial intakes, thorough assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans responsive to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in collaboration with fellow therapists, medical providers, and support staff to create a holistic network of care for your clients.
• Participate in optional peer consults, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Customize your schedule and manage your client load to accommodate your preferences and expertise.

This role provides therapeutic services to a diverse clientele across Nevada, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. Your contributions will help clients navigate their unique struggles and achieve their personal goals for mental well-being.

• Valid and active LCPC license in the state of Nevada (Required).
• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or related field.
• 1+ years of post-licensure experience preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proven clinical skills in managing complex mental health issues and effectively delivering treatment.
• Access to reliable internet, a private workspace, and comfort with utilizing telehealth technology.
• A strong commitment to providing inclusive, ethical, and client-centered care.

• Experience working in a remote counseling capacity or utilizing telehealth technology to provide services.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively leveraging a network of support to enhance client care.

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. We offer flexibility in employment arrangements, providing options for both W2 and 1099 statuses. Additional benefits include administrative support to manage billing, scheduling, and referrals, allowing you to focus your efforts on delivering quality therapy to your clients.
