  • Strategic Outreach: Initiate and manage outreach to prospects through a multi-channel approach, including personalized emails, cold calls, and strategic engagement on platforms like LinkedIn.

  • Qualify Opportunities: Engage with prospects to understand their current systems, operational pain points, and strategic goals to determine if they are a good fit for our services.

  • Articulate Value: Clearly and concisely articulate the Lightbridge Solutions value proposition, connecting our services to the specific problems and needs of each prospect.

  • Schedule Meetings: The primary goal is to schedule qualified discovery meetings and appointments between prospects and the Lightbridge leadership team.

  • CRM Management: Meticulously track all activities, communications, and lead information in the CRM system to ensure a clean and accurate sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the company's leadership to refine prospecting strategies, develop effective messaging, and provide feedback from the front lines.

Experience Required:

  • 1-2+ years of proven experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and professional messages.

  • A resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

  • A high degree of self-discipline and organization, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, autonomous setting.

  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage lead and pipeline activity.

  • A natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn about technology and business operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in the B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services/consulting industry.

  • Proven success prospecting into senior-level roles (CFO, CRO, CIO, VP-level).

  • Familiarity with the NetSuite, Salesforce, or general ERP/CRM ecosystem is a significant plus.

  • A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly activity and opportunity quotas.

  • Experience using modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other data platforms.

  • This is a remote, commission-only position open exclusively to candidates based in the United States.
