Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
  • Document client interactions and treatment activities within a 24-hour timeframe to maintain compliance and facilitate optimal patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions.
  • Engage proactively in collaborative case discussions with fellow professionals to refine treatment strategies and share insights.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized client records to support therapy continuity and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on serving adult clients, including individuals and couples, who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This might encompass anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for developing meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote trust and facilitate healing and growth in your clients' lives.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
  • Valid independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy platforms, demonstrating comfort and ease in digital interactions with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
  • Experience working with couples and individuals facing a variety of psychological challenges.
  • Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities that align with our approach to care.
Compensation and Benefits
