• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations with clients using standardized assessment tools, interviews, and clinical observations to identify their needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health and behavioral concerns.
• Obtain insurance authorization for both individual and group therapy services to ensure patients have access to the treatment they need.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring proper tracking of patient progress and care plans.
• Actively monitor and track key care plan deliverables, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills in addressing challenges that occur with patients or resource availability.
• Engage in regular inquiry and active listening to better understand and support clients in their therapeutic journeys.

The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and concurrent mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Active licensure in the state of Washington, specifically as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social services with a concentration on psychiatric work.
• A deep commitment to ethical practice, including a strong work ethic based on proactivity and teamwork.

• Prior experience working in a detox or substance abuse treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health records (EHR) for seamless documentation and communication.
