• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional needs of clients, taking time to understand their unique challenges and circumstances.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's personal goals and therapeutic needs, ensuring that interventions are both effective and measurable.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, such as individual, family, and group therapy, committed to improving client engagement and outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and assess clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to better serve their evolving needs.
• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support, particularly for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
• Stay abreast of developments and best practices in mental health treatment, engaging in continuous education and professional development.
• Participate in regular supervision and training opportunities aimed at enhancing clinical skills and competencies.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards delineated by licensing boards and the mental health community.

The primary focus of our services is on adolescents and young adults dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Our holistic approach not only encompasses therapeutic interventions but also emphasizes creating a safe and welcoming environment for young clients to express themselves and work towards recovery.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrable compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in treating clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a remote environment effectively.
• Clear of any disciplinary actions on licensure board records.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in clinical settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices is a plus.
• Experience with crisis intervention and management strategies.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
